How do I choose?
We offer a variety of colors, textures, and fabrics to meet your needs. Your options are endless! We will work one-on-one with you to determine the best solutions for your home.
How long will this take?
Once an order has been placed, that is, for custom blinds or shades – the process takes about 10-12 business days before were ready to schedule an installation. Orders for Custom Drapery, Valances, and/or other creations made in our workroom typically takes about 4-6 weeks to complete fabrication. Once the order has been fabricated, we’ll call to schedule a convenient time for installation.
Can I cancel an order in progress?
Under government regulations, or purchase of $75.00 or more, you, the client, may cancel the transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction. After this period, because your merchandise is custom manufactured, you, the client, are subject to a 29% non-refundable cancellation charge on all orders prior to the start of actual manufacturing of the custom order. Once manufacturing has begun, the custom order cannot be cancelled.
What will this project cost?
All projects are billed on an individual basis. Some factors that affect cost include materials chosen and the scope of the work. Make sure to consult with your design expert regarding any budget limitations and we will try to work within your budget.

Yes! Our Portfolio page has photos of many of our completed jobs. We encourage you to browse through this selection to see what we offer. Melanie also has a truck full of samples for you to browse when she visits your home personally.
My office has non-standard window sizes. Can you accommodate that?
Absolutely! When ordering custom window treatments, our experts will measure the windows to ensure a precise fit.
